Delivery Time

  • Other Cities & Remote Areas: 3–7 business days

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • Free shipping promotions may be offered on selected products or during special campaigns.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) service across most locations in Pakistan. Customers are requested to make payment at the time of delivery.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive tracking information via SMS, email, or WhatsApp (where applicable).

Delivery Issues

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details. Shoppora is not responsible for delivery delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect addresses or contact information provided by the customer.

Refused or Unclaimed Orders

Orders that are refused or remain unclaimed may be canceled, and future orders may require advance payment.
